With a maintenance contract you will have the assurance of knowing that repairs will be provided efficiently and economically by trained BARSOL TECHNOLOGY PVT LTDservice personnel. Furthermore by purchasing repair services annually in advance through a maintenance contract, you can save over standard flat rate repair pricing.

Silver Service Contract Includes

• Onsite visits of our experienced service engineers 4 times a year for preventives maintenance plus emergency calls as & when necessary.
• Training of printer operators.
• Technical support / advice by fax / email.
• Telephone support by experienced engineers during / after office hours on all days.
• Free Supply of: o Printer dust cover o Cleaning kit o Test Print Kit (4" x 6" labels and ribbon)
• Free label and ribbon samples.
• Free advise on bar coding and label printing.
• Barcode Verification.
